Community Partnerships

» St. Clair Child & Youth Services
Sarnia Rogers Bayfest is a partner with St. Clair Child & Youth Services, our community's local Children's Mental Health agency, serving children, youth from birth through age 18 and their families in Sarnia/Lambton. Volunteers representing S.C.C.&Y.S. are pleased to provide assistance in the Beverage Tents.

» St. Clair Tae Kwon Do
Rogers Bayfest is partners with St. Clair Tae Kwon Do. St. Clair Tae Kwon Do organizes the ticket booths at Rogers Bayfest and provides additional support in the beverage tents.

» Bluewater Boxing
Rogers Bayfest is partners with Bluewater Boxing. Bluewater Boxing provides off-site camping. To promote these accommodations, Rogers Bayfest gives the option to purchase camping when patrons order tickets online.

» Lambton College
Rogers Bayfest is partners with Lambton College. The Jim Stokley Scholarship was established in 2009 and is one of the largest scholarships at Lambton College. The scholarship is awarded to 2 local Sarnia-Lambton students annually.

» Lambton College EMS Student
Rogers Bayfest partners with Lambton College to educate and give real life experiences to EMS students. EMS students have the opportunity to partner with professional EMS and provide assistance when needed during the festival.

Police Foundation Students
Rogers Bayfest is partners with the Police Foundation. These students are offered "Information Volunteer" positions. They are then stationed at key entry and exit points, with pass holder information and access authorities. The students benefit from volunteer hours and are exposed to graduate levels of security.

Lambton College Massage Therapy Students
Rogers Bayfest partners with Lambton College to educate and give real life experiences to Massage Therapy students. The students have the opportunity to raise funds for their program which allows them purchase equipment and necessary resources.

» Holiday Inn
Rogers Bayfest is partners with Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is the host hotel of the music festival. Rogers Bayfest promotes the Holiday Inn by inserting Holiday Inn cards into all ticket orders and linking to their direct booking website.

» Sarnia Kinsmen
Rogers Bayfest provides talent booking and consultation services for the Sarnia Kinsmen Ribfest. The Sarnia Kinsmen volunteer their time at Rogers Bayfest in support.

» Harmony For Youth
Rogers Bayfest promotes youth pursuing music. Harmony for Youth occupies a vendor location inside the Rogers Bayfest grounds, with 100% of the proceeds going back into their organization. Harmony cleans the grounds each morning as the charitable foundation works on a pay it forward program.

» Lorrie Williams Photography
Rogers Bayfest is partners with Lorrie Williams Photography. The partnership extends to promote Lorrie's local business and Lorrie captures the experience of the festival to showcase in future publications and promotions of the event.
