Ticket Conditions
BAYFEST / THE INDUSTRY THEATRE TICKET CONDITIONS NOTICE
All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to any event for which this ticket is sold. The Organizer does not assume any liability or responsibility to refund ticket price or for any other direct or incidental costs or losses arising from events or conditions beyond its control resulting in the cancellation of any performance, including but not limited to, acts of God (rain out, flood, lightning, fire, earthquake, etc.), war, terrorism, strike or lockout. In the event that the headliner cancels or postpones a performance, a refund will be given or a ticket for the rescheduled event will be provided.
Bayfest authorized photographers may take your picture while on premises. By purchasing tickets you give authorization for Bayfest to use any picture in future advertising, promotion and/or other related publications.
The holder of this ticket agrees he will not transmit or record or aid in the transmission or recording of any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event for which this ticket grants access. Breach of this agreement may result in non-admission or expulsion.
Admission to the event is subject to applicable laws, by-laws, rules and regulations as set out by the facility and event organizers. As per laws or facility rules and regulations, alcohol, illegal drugs, back-packs, cameras, bags, recording devices, chairs, food and beverages may be excluded from the facility/premises. Ticket holder consents to a search of his/her person/effects.
Latecomers may be denied admission or may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance/game.
Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited unless organizers provide express written consent. Giveaways or other means of transferring the ticket for any promotion of goods/services by the purchaser is strictly forbidden and may result in tickets not being honoured. Lost and stolen tickets will not be accepted.
