Camping FAQ

Bluewater Boxing Camping for Rogers Sarnia Bayfest!

Q: Are there water and hydro hook-ups?
A: No. There is not any hydro or water but shower trailers are available for people to clean up.

Q: Are BBQ's allowed?
A: No BBQ's allowed. This is a public park and we need it to look like it did before the festival started when people leave.

Q: What time can we check in?
A: You can check in anytime after 10:00 am the day of their stay.

Q: Can I reserve a site close to water?
A: No, It is first come first served.

Q: How far is the festival from the campground?
A: It is a 2 minute walk across the park.

Q: How do I order camping?
A: Camping can be purchased here.

Q: Can I bring food/beverages/chairs & a cooler into the campground?
A: Yes, excluding alcohol or glass bottles. Please remember that all packages, coolers and equipment may be fully searched by security personnel upon entrance.

Q: Will there be free bathrooms/showers?
A: Yes, there will free bathrooms and free showers available.

Q: How do I check into the campground?
When you arrive at the campground, you will need to present your order number you were given with your purchase. The staff will then give you your wristband which is required to be worn by all campers at all times.

Q: Can we/how can we camp next to each other if we are not arriving together?
A: Unfortunately it is first come first served. If you want to camp next to each other, you need to arrive together.

Q: What if I cannot find my campsite after the concert?
A: There will be security to help you if you get lost.

Q: Can I bring my bicycle?
A: Yes. Find parking/locking area at your own risk.

Q: Can I bring my friends into camp?
A: All entries into the camping area will be strictly monitored by security allowing only those with a camping wristband inside.

Q: Are generators allowed into the onsite camping?
A: Yes, but you will only be allowed to run them during certain hours.

Other Information

* Camping wristbands do not allow you ENTRANCE into the festival, you must have a ticket.
* Campers going in & out of the camping area, will have their wristbands checked each time upon re-entry (this does not mean in & out of concert venue so you won't be able to go back and forth).
* Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers. Noise curfew is at 2:00am.
* Venue is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.
